Wellness BINGO Game and Contest

La Jolla’s Fitness and Wellness Community is coming together to help people keep their new year’s resolutions this year. We’ve created a WELLNESS BINGO PROMOTION to motivate people to choose healthy foods and beverages, try new fitness activities, and explore alternative wellness treatments. The contest, which runs the entire month of January, is a perfect way to keep those new year’s resolutions and keep motivated as 2023 begins.

There is no cost to participate and is a self-guided and fun way to check out La Jolla’s many fitness studios, healthy eateries, juice bars, apparel stores, and alternative health practitioners.  In many cases, studios are offering free trial memberships, classes, and substantial discounts for those playing Wellness Bingo.  The more places your visit the more chances you have to win incredible prizes.

How to Get a Bingo Card — Bingo Cards can be downloaded here or picked up at any of the participating locations listed below.  In addition, this month’s First Friday Art Walk’s theme is RENEW and will feature many wellness and fitness promotions along the way.

La Jolla Wellness Challenge Details: 

• Pick up your Bingo Card at any participating location.
• It is possible to complete one or more BINGOs in a single visit!
• You’re welcome to play anytime between now and January 31!  Submit your completed BINGO card HERE or email to [email protected] SUBJECT LINE: BINGO.
• All completed Bingo Cards must be received by January 31.
• Earn multiple entries by completing multiple BINGOS (horizontal, vertical, diagonal).
• We look forward to seeing your photos and will announce winners by February 11, 2023.
