Athenaeum Online Art Class-CREATIVITY FROM YOUR PILLOW FORT— JILL BADONSKY
April 26, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
SUNDAY, 1–4 PM
APRIL 26 (1 DAY, 3 TOTAL HOURS OF INSTRUCTION)
ONLINE VIA ZOOM
Don’t miss this afternoon of humor, creative discussion and inspiration from the comfort of your pillow fort, kitchen table, or favorite chair with creative coaching pioneer, inspirational humorist, and author/illustrator, Jill Badonsky and her “Muses.”
Jill will share original tools that have helped thousands unlock their creativity effortlessly and find new levels of enjoyment despite such blocks as procrastination, overwhelm, difficulty starting, perfectionism, time-issues, and disabling self-doubt.
Hear stories and view multimedia clips to inspire your own creativity and experience some simple exercises that will tap into creativity you didn’t know you had. Specially for those who do not think they are creative, are curious about new avenues, or those creative zealots wanting a fresh approach.
Jill has been teaching through on-line conference formats for the last 15 years, Zoom for the last five.
We are pleased to offer this class online using Zoom video conferencing. The hope is to mimic, as closely as possible, what normally happens in our classrooms at the Athenaeum. Of course it will not be exactly the same, but in this time when many of us are experiencing anxiety and isolation, our hope is to continue to provide enriching experiences of artistic growth and community building, just in a different format.
The technology to make this happen is actually surprisingly simple (imagine a group FaceTime or Skype meeting). You only need a computer (phone or tablet) with a camera, microphone, and internet connection and we are here to help you should you experience any technical difficulties.
