Prospect 2025 highlights five artists whose works are being considered for acquisition. For its 40th anniversary, the exhibition presents five beguiling artworks that are characterized by a state we might describe as “both/and.” Whether wall-bound or seen in the round, these hybrid objects comingle categories and genres that are usually seen as separate, including art, fashion, craft, design, botany, and technology, among others.
