The La Jolla Community Planning Association (LJCPA) conducts its work through committees and boards. Meeting announcements are made via the City’s and LJCPA mailing list and on the website. Agendas are subject to change up to 72 hours before the meeting. Minutes for Trustee and committee meetings are linked on the website. Committee or Board actions are not final until ratified by the LJCPA Trustees. Once LJCPA acts on projects, its recommendations are sent to the City and are available on the City’s website. Meeting Translation & Interpretation services are available. Agendas and minutes from 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 and earlier are available on the website. The LJCPA Trustees usually meet the first Thursday of each month. Other monthly meetings include the Development Permit Review Committee (DPR) (2nd and 3rd Tuesdays), the La Jolla Shores Permit Review Committee (PRC) (3rd Thursday), the Planned District Ordinance Committee (PDO) (2nd Monday), and the La Jolla Traffic & Transportation Board (T&T) (3rd Tuesday).
