La Jolla Mutt Strut 2023

We would like to invite all local dog owners to be a part of an annual pet-friendly event that is a highlight in the La Jolla community: La Jolla Mutt Strut 2023! It is a community dog walk and an after-party that will take place on Saturday, May 13 at La Jolla Rec Center from 10 am to 12 noon.
It is a fundraiser organized by La Jolla Loves Pets Foundation (lajollalovespets.org), a California 501c3 corporation that supports local animal rescues. The organization is volunteer-run, and all proceeds are donated to local animal charities. The board screens and votes for the recipients of the grants.
Approximately 200 dogs and their human families will gather at the La Jolla Rec Center for dog activities and contests. There will be music, DJ, dog activities, vendors, and dog adoptions. This is an annual event, and the community looks forward to it.
