Start your day with a feel-good morning filled with wellness, art, and self-discovery. Join us for yoga, sound bath, meditation, energy healing, and more.
Together, we will explore the museum’s breathtaking views, mind-expanding art exhibitions, and innovative architecture, all while participating in an environment of spiritual healing and personal growth experiences. Each edition of Mornings at the Museum will focus on a different theme, and our second bi-monthly edition is all about Emotional Wellness.
Achieving emotional wellness involves skillfully navigating emotions, adapting to challenges, and maintaining a healthy level of self-awareness and control; this requires embracing and processing emotions rather than suppressing them, as well as releasing past traumas.
Having a strong emotional wellness is a great foundation to help us thrive in life. It improves our ability to grow our relationships with others at their best, and most importantly, it helps us improve our relationship with ourselves. By having a positive and healthy mindset, we are more productive and navigate life with ease.
