Novo Dia and MCASD will present on July 15th at 9:00 am “Mornings at the Museum”, a bi-monthly wellness and art experience. Each edition of Mornings at the Museum will focus on a different theme, and this edition is all about Empathy & Self-Love.
Together, attendees will explore the museum’s breathtaking views, mind-expanding art exhibitions, and innovative architecture, all while participating in an environment of personal growth experiences.

Meditation Room:
Connect with your inner self in our fully designed, deep relaxation-focused, ocean-facing meditation room. Our minimalistic and calming ambient design is intended to let you focus on yourself while letting the background music guide you into a meditative state of mind where you can explore the wonders of your spirit and soul.
*Any ticket holder can access our meditation room. It will be open from 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM*
