Drawing from the Masters―Toned Paper is a class offered by the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library, taught by Stephanie Goldman. The class explores classical and modern art masters who worked on toned paper, teaching students how to use the paper’s tone and white to create dynamic drawings. Participants will learn to render form, value, and texture, and cover basic composition, anatomy, and perspective. The class takes place online via Zoom, Monday–Thursday, July 28–31, from 9:30 AM–12:30 PM.
