Bios:
Adam Hiner
Coming from a background in yoga including Vinyasa, Anusara and Ashtanga, Adam has always had a love for movement. When he found acroyoga he was instantly hooked. The communication, trust, and community building that he discovered throughout the practice opened up a whole new world. In 2014 Adam began training under Jean-Luc Martin who owns the San Diego Circus Center and is one of the top coaches for partner acrobatics and handstands in the country. He trains hand to hand, partner acrobatics and handstands with Jean-Luc on a regular basis. Adam got certified to teach acroyoga by Acro Revolution in April 2015. He now teaches workshops and classes with a focus on all skill levels from beginner to intermediate to advanced skills alongside his partner, Jenna Hollow. He also organizes a series of festivals called AcroLove Festival bringing the best teachers and practitioners from around the country to share the AcroLove in sunny San Diego every New Years.
Jenna Hollow
Jenna has always been motivated by movement, body awareness and connections to those around her. She graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and continues to learn about the body through yoga teacher trainings and workshops. She was exposed to acroyoga in her 200 hour yoga teacher training and has been practicing regularly since 2013. She completed her Acro Yoga Teacher Training in June 2016. She currently works as a Teacher’s Assistant at The Community School of San Diego in Ocean Beach. This special needs school has given her the opportunity to work closely with students and have a fulfilling career that changes lives. Combining her love of fitness and teaching special needs students, Jenna has found joy and connection while helping students build confidence in their abilities. As she has witnessed first hand in her own life, she believes that in cultivating connections through movement based activities her students will grow in ways they could never anticipate.
