“Vision 2022” Yoga, Meditation & Personal Development Experience Like No Other

OVERVIEW
The experience will include one hour of yoga, 30 minutes of meditation/visualization, and one hour of personal development. We will turn up the music and move our bodies to the rhythm of the breath. The class will be designed to ground you in your body, open up your heart, and is sure to leave you feeling inspired and ready to dive into the work. The meditation/visualization will help create vision, clarity and the confidence to step into the new year with passion and purpose. And lastly, the personal development work will be around values, goals, creating accountability, and of course, self-love.
