Prep meats, fowl and vegetables Prepare the line for morning service Maintain a clean and efficient line Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment Communicate and carry out the daily production plans Manage, run and operate the line and shift efficiently Consistently lead with a positive attitude


Attention to detail Must be motivated Must be punctual Well versed knowledge of culinary fundamentals (including industry terminology) Must be able to self-manage lists Highly responsible attitude Excellent time management skills Comfortable producing both high volume and high quality products Communicate and carry out the daily production plans Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers Must be able to accurately carry out instructions Must be able to do repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time Ability to stay calm when the pressure mounts Handle high volume of orders Work well with others Serve as ambassadors of Sugar and Scribe: greeting and working with our customers Understanding of what makes Sugar and Scribe unique Butchering and knife skills particularly with fowl Must be at least 18 years old to apply
