Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manages the functional areas of Front Office, Bell/Valet services, telephone services (PBX), and Night Audit to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability
Manages the operations of Guest Services and oversees the effective hiring, performance review and training and development of staff to ensure the achievement of hotel service quality standards
Receives guest complaints in person, via phone calls, emails and online guest surveys and comments (Revinate)
Ensures corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction and hold team equally accountable
Maintain procedures for hotel accounting, credit control, cash handling, and handling of financial transactions
Maintain procedures for PCI compliance, guest security and emergency procedures
Serve as Manager on Duty (as required) and works with other management personnel to establish and implement hotel service standards to achieve maximum profitability and efficiency
Provide proper coverage throughout your department in areas as needed
Maintain an organized and well-kept work area/environment
Any other duties deemed necessary by management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has the leadership to grow the department as well as develop themselves along the way
Hotel Experience: 1 year (Required)
Front Desk: 2 years (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
