Sure, Rubio’s is fast food, but it’s really good fast food! Not to mention that it’s really healthy fast food and that’s not easy to find.  They have ample vegan, keto-style, gluten-friendly and vegetarian options including their “no-fried” pinto beans which are the best!  Rubio’s also knows how to treat their community and customers right by offering daily specials, coupons and setting up fundraisers for local nonprofits. Finally, Rubio’s believes in making conscious, environmentally sound choices about everything from recycling to intelligent sourcing of seafood.  From their website: To us, the ocean is more than a destination.
