La Jolla has long been known for its iconic and cutting-edge galleries and is proud to relaunch its First Friday Art Walks just in time for the holidays.  Save the date as over 16 galleries open their doors for extended evening hours to art lovers.  Whether you are a serious collector. enjoy being part of a creative scene or love learning about new and emerging talents; you won’t want to miss this free event. There will be food, drinks, entertainment and more.  Gallery highlights include:

Artemis Fine Art
• Artemis is working with the local explorer’s club chapter and supporting their work with Cheetahs at this art walk. A portion of the gallery’s proceeds will be donated to the Explorers Cub for this work. December 4th is International Cheetah Day.

BFree Studio
• Champagne and pastries from Michele Coulon
• Artist Diane Feuerstein and Andrea Leavitt will be in attendance for their newly installed show Ocean: Above and Below. A portion of the proceeds generated will be donated to Scripps Institution of Oceanography
