Medical Aesthetic practice seeking a full time front office medical specialist. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate that is a team player, highly self motivated, and passionate.

Hours: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

Experience: 2 Years of medical/customer service experience. Dermatology experience is a plus.

Front Office Duties/Skills Required Include:

• Answering Phones/Phone Etiquette
• Appointment Scheduling/Procedures
• Prescription Refills via fax/phone
• Medical Records/Archive
• Scanning/Filing
• Creating Charts (non EMR)
• Checking Patients In/Out
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Greeting Patients
• Collecting Payment Via Cash/CC
• Medical Terminology
• Insurance Verification
• Assist Patients via person/phone/email correspondence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Sales Experience is a plus
• ICD-10 Code knowledge is a plus
• Collection/Accounts Receivable Experience is a plus

Education:

High School Diploma Required

Must be certified CMA/CNA or at least 2 years Medical Receptionist experience

Dermatology/Cosmetic knowledge is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
