Thanks to Ciao Ciao Piadina for providing complimentary continental breakfast to all who attend.
When: Tuesday, October 5, 2021 | 8 – 9:30 AM
Where: Ciao Ciao Piadina | 510 Pearl St, San Diego, CA 92037
Workshop Cost – FREE! There is no cost to attend this breakfast, however, we are asking attendees to bring a donation for our Halloween Drive to support children at the San Diego Family Justice Center. Donations can include new costumes for all ages (including adult sizes for teenagers), Halloween crafts, and decor. Please note that nothing scary or violent can be accepted as these children may be dealing with recent trauma. The goal of the Family Justice Center. Every every year is to provide a safe place where domestic violence victims and their children can reclaim their lives, seek justice, and begin healing. The Center, part of the City Attorney’s Office, brings together community partners; including therapists (for both adults and children), forensic medical nurses, domestic violence advocates, military liaisons, pro bono attorneys, and the San Diego Police Department Domestic Violence Unit.
