If all goes well and COVID numbers continue to decline, Governor Newsome has designated June 15, 2021, as the day California will return to pre-pandemic guidelines. Although we hope that tiers and restrictions will be in our rearview mirror, La Jolla Village moves into the future taking with it many new businesses and restaurants which opened in the past 18 months or so.
If you are a merchant who opened just before or since the pandemic, we are excited to invite you to take part in a Grand Re-Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to highlight your perseverance and tenacity and succeed against all odds. Although June 15 will be an all-village ribbon-cutting event all new businesses are also encouraged to request an additional ceremony on a future date to be held at your business location.
