Ryan Moore grew up influenced by the sea through his Portuguese roots and proximity to the Pacific Ocean in San Diego County. Raised in a single-parent home, he was tasked with preparing meals for himself and his family, often experimenting with local ingredients and locally-caught fish. He fell in love with creating new recipes and testing new cooking techniques, and now brings that passion to Bernini’s Bistro as executive chef.
