2020 Election Information – Ballots must be received between September 8 and October 9, 2020

Annual Elections are in process until October 9.  Candidate Statements can be reviewed HERE. This year there are nine open seats and nine candidates. However, in order to validate the election, your ballot is still needed. Due to COVID-19 restriction, voting methods have been modified by BOD Action. You may download and print your Ballot online.  After completing your ballot you may submit it various ways:

Return your Candidate Ballot 2020 to lajollavillagemerchants@gmail.com OR
Request a ballot pickup by calling/texting 858-230-2725.
You can also drop off or mail your Ballot to LJVMA Elections, 7590 Fay Avenue, Suite 404, La Jolla, CA.

ALL BALLOTS MUST INCLUDE: Your Business Name ________________________________________________ Delegate/Owner’s Name: __________________________________________________________
Eligibility will be based on the information above as well as up to date membership in the La Jolla BID. Unverifiable ballots will not be counted.
Ballots MUST be received by October 9, 2020. Pick up requests must be made y 12 PM October 9.
Ballots will be opened on October 14, 2020 at 4:00 PM | Zoom Online Meeting
