La Jolla Oncology Acupuncture and Massage provides safe, patient-centered, and evidence-informed care by utilizing gentle and effective modalities like acupuncture, massage, aromatherapy, auricular therapy, thermal therapy (moxibustion), herbal medicine and Chinese medicine alongside conventional care. The owner, Lucy Pauseback, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM), a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac.) with national board certification through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dr. Pauseback is also a certified massage therapist (CMT) and holds additional certification in manual lymphatic drainage (CMLD).
