Interns

Don’t panic! These fine young women are not all leaving us!  Although it is time to bid three of our incredible summer interns adieu  — at least until Winter Break.  All of us at La Jolla Village Merchants Association want to wish Katie Lin (Carnegie Mellon University), Katharin Dockman (Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC) and Kelsey Maloney (Tulane University) a fond farewell as they trade-in their internship duties for the classroom.  They have been an incredible team and together produced Enjoya La Jolla, completed a comprehensive audit of the entire BID district, created and helped launch The Jollalty Card, and developed phenomenal graphics.  If you see our new and continuing interns and volunteers out and about this fall, please introduce yourself and thank them for their generous gift of time and talent.  Pictured from left to right are Jodi Rudick, Executive Director, La Jolla Village Merchants Association, Katie Lin, Nina Suomi, Kelsey Maloney, Rehema Ally-Lifa, Julia Espinoza and Kate Dowd.

A huge thank you to The LOT for treating the Interns to a movie night where we saw — what else? — The Farewell!
