During this meditative practice, harmonious sound waves fill the space as you relax on a yoga mat and receive vibrational medicine from crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes. Deep relaxation is one of the most significant benefits you will receive as the sounds permeate your system, activating the body’s system of self-healing and returning it back to harmony. The sounds from the instruments produce a calming effect that slow down the brainwaves for restoration and rejuvenation.
Beginner friendly, open to all levels and no experience necessary!

Bring a yoga mat and additional props for comfort such as a cushion, blanket and eye pillow to limit distractions.
