FlowLIFT Teacher Training with Carolina and Amanda

Learn everything about FlowLIFT in this one-day training led by founders Amanda McCarroll and Carolina Vivas.

The morning begins with the FlowLIFT manual class and then you’ll move into learning the history of the workout, how to move with weights, the format of the class, proper alignment, the types of moves and so much more.

The afternoon is dedicated to practice teaching and how to be a FlowLIFT teacher.

This training is great for those who want to teach the class as well as students who just want improve on technique and spend the day hanging out, sweating, and discovering new skills.
