Connect, feel, and release through a Fluentbody journey. Fluentbody is a practice that combines imagery-inspired movement, breathwork, and somatic therapy. It is designed to bring participants out of their heads and into their bodies and create a safe space for emotional processes to occur. Participants are encouraged to let go of judgment, feel deeply, and release any unprocessed emotions being stored in their bodies. The practice of Fluentbody shows us that when we finally give ourselves permission to feel, we can set ourselves free. No experience is necessary; all are welcome to join! Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a water bottle.
