This practice will challenge your mind as your body continuously moves and flows through the asanas. It’s a rich way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity, knowing for a fact that you can do more and be more. We will separate the 108 salutations into 4 rounds of 27, pausing in between each to re-center and set our intentions for the next round. 108 Sun Salutations is a powerful blend of the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga that will stretch you and leave your yoga practice changed. We will end the practice with an intention setting meditation followed by a deeply relaxing and healing sound bath. *Drum and sound accompaniment by Jason Sherman
