90-minute Breathwork and Reiki experience
Join Jenna Zabrosky for a powerful ceremony to let go of what’s holding you back and tap into your deepest desires.
Jenna will lead us through a transformational breath work practice designed to release stagnant energy, trauma and limiting beliefs. This will be followed by a rejuvenating Reiki session with sound healing.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing meant to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation and reduced pain and tension throughout the body. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, which can decrease pain perception as well.
No prior experience with breathwork or Reiki required.
