Discover how breathing is the great integrator of multiple body systems and how it connects the diaphragm, vagus nerves, fascia, brain and core muscles. Whether you’re looking to improve your health or are a fitness professional, you will take away tools for nurturing, managing and optimizing, mental and physical resilience.
We will cover the basics of breathing the first half of this 90 minute workshop then apply what we learn in a yoga flow then conclude with a guided breath meditation.
