Job Description:
- Taking garbage and trash to the dumpster area
- Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
- Assembling, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Must have the ability to comply with sanitation guidelines
- Experience in working efficiently in a high volume, production-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to carry oneself in a mature, professional and responsible manner at all times
- Strong attention to detail and hospitality knowledge
- Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage time and resources
- Fluency in other languages beneficial
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-year of experience dishwashing in a restaurant kitchen
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays a must
- A valid CA Food Handler’s card will be required within 30 days of employment
- Ability to understand and work with a sense of urgency
