· 2+ years of professional restaurant cooking
· Positive attitude
· Able to communicate effectively with other team members
· Strong Knife Skills preferred
· Wood-fired Grilling
· Sautéing
· Food Safety Knowledge
· Cleaning / Sanitation
· 200+ Covers Per Night
Qualifications:
- Food Handlers
- Open availability on Weekends and Holidays
