At Sunny Days, our stylists provide personalized, fun, compassionate, and helpful customer service and product knowledge to our guests. Stylists must excel in a fast pace work environment, have a passion for fashion, love customer service, open to learning new products, and find fulfillment in independent styling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service.
- Proactively interact with customers to create a warm, friendly shopping environment.
- Work with customers to find sizes, try on items, and suggest add-ons.
- Conduct sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the sales floor by styling mannequins, spacing out hangers, and returning items to the appropriate rack.
- Help with personal styling appointments as needed.
