Dale A. Baker, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist
Those who come through my office door are trying to find the underlying causes that prevent them from enjoying full, happy and productive lives. Psychology helps them achieve that goal.
Therapy has been called the talking cure. It works because it provides a structured way to gain insight into the roots and self-behaviors that get in the way of healthy relationships and resolving personal problems. Most people in therapy are focused on resolving relationship issues or situational stress. Much of my work involves helping individuals and couples build loving relationships with close friends and family members. Frequently I help people resolve workplace problems. I also see teens with behavior problems and strive to help them improve their relationships with their parents.
