108 Sun Salutations Spring Renewal 

I believe we can all truly benefit in celebrating this change together. You can only do this by believing in yourself, accepting the fact that you are worthy of the challenge in front of you and with your best effort taking it one asana at a time to its natural outcome. In general, you will better appreciate what you are able to do, and how much further you can reach beyond your own expectations. This practice will challenge your mind as your body continuously moves and flows through the asanas. It’s a rich way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity, knowing for a fact that you can do more and be more. We will separate the 108 salutations into 4 rounds of 27, pausing in between each to re-center and set our intentions for the next round.

The class will end in a deeply relaxing sound bath.
