Cultural Conversation Cafe @ La Jolla Riford Library

Anyone who is multilingual or supports diversity is invited to attend! This program was born out of the awareness that the experience of having a first language other than English can be isolating when it should be celebratory and empowering! Attendees will share and/or hear about different multilingual experiences and have the opportunity to talk in the highlighted language of the month or hear it spoken. Typical food from a country where that language is spoken will also be served and resources to support multilingual speakers will also be provided.
