If you love the arts, you’ll be happy to hear that next year’s 2024 City of San Diego draft budget includes increased arts and culture funding. But, the budget is not finalized. It is being reviewed by various council committees which look to the public for feedback, support and priorities. If you are an artist or part of an art organization you are encouraged to attend a coffee talk with Councilmember Joe La Cava on April 6 at 9:00 AM at the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.  Organized by Arts+Culture San Diego, this free event is a great opportunity to network and get to know others in our Art Community.  Thanks to Dunkin’ for providing the doughnuts!
