When tourists are looking for that famous La Jolla Cove view and in search for delicious, expertly prepared seafood and steaks; Eddie V’s is an iconic spot. They deliver a vast array of fresh seafood, like raw oysters and Pacific Ahi Tuna, made from the freshest ingredients.  My happy hour lunch was complemented by the best possible company as I was able to spend time with one of my Minnesota Vikings heroes, Sidney Rice. as well as members of the BizX team including Dan Austin.
