Sunny Days is a successful six unit retail boutique known for signature brands and styles that imbue the Southern California lifestyle.

Our assistant managers will provide personalized, fun, compassionate, and helpful customer service and product knowledge to our guests. Assistant manager must excel in a fast pace work environment, have a passion for people, selling, love customer service, open to learning new products, and find fulfillment in independent styling.

Provide superior customer service.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
Proactively interact with customers to create a warm, friendly shopping environment.
Work with customers to find sizes, try on items, and suggest add-ons.
Help with personal styling appointments as needed.

· At all times, the retail assistant manager keeps the store organized, clean, and attractive to customers.

· Maintain knowledge of all products available in the store and know the store layout. Manage inventory by ordering new supplies as needed and maintaining order in the stock room. Once shipments come in, retail assistant managers place merchandise on the sales floor, also stage store sales displays.

· Team leaders and staff supervisors, which requires good leadership abilities

· Good verbal communication skills are a must-have. You’ll speak with staff members, customers, and store managers on a daily basis.

· Excellent attention to detail is essential you must maintain store appearance, and merchandise product.
